Sans Domaine is the two of us Mickael & Lambert and it's a project born at the beginning of 2021. With the purchase of an old Petite Perle vineyard near Sherbrooke in Quebec. And we make two natural wines.
Fascinated by the world of the vine and its geographical variety, in 2022 we began to produce Rouge (Black Sumoll) and Orange22 (Red Xarel.lo). Both harvested in young vineyards of Alt Penèdes.
Here we propose our wines, unfiltered, with native yeasts. Some without sulfites and others with less than 15mg/L.
