MONEU Moneu wine. An ancestral variety that was recovered in 1998. Only 10 hectares are currently planted, making it a unique wine. Hand-harvested, carbonic maceration with whole bunches, followed by aging in stainless steel for 2 months in an ovoid-shaped vessel. No pressing.
