Varieties: - 70% Parellada - 30% Xarel.lo blanc VINIFICATION: Xarel.lo from La Granada in Alt Penedès and Parellada from old vines. Vineyard cultivated using biodynamic agriculture, with vegetative cover. Hand-harvested. 9-day maceration in stainless steel. Ten days of fermentation with the skins. Aging in stainless steel for two weeks. From the fourth week, 400L remain in stainless steel, and 300L are transferred to an oak barrel. Batonnage for 3 weeks. Unfiltered. No added sulfites. Indigenous yeast. TASTING NOTES: It is an orange wine with hints of white fruit, apple, and also nuts such as hazelnut. Smooth and balanced acidity.
