Mil Rios Godello

Mil Ríos Godello 13,5% DO Valdeorras-Mil Ríos Godello is a white wine for aging since its conception. And we use the more suited grapes for this kind of production. It endures a long aging over lees inside a stainless steel tank - stirred (battônage) weekly during 8 months - and afterwards it is kept in bottle - for 18 months -until January, 2017. This aging, besides conferring to the wine exceptional organoleptic qualities -aromatic complexity, elegance, volume and length), confers to it also longevity, enabling that with the course of time this characteristics can be expressed in the wine in all its magnitude. We recommend, in order to enjoy properly the qualities of this wine, serving it at a temperature of 14-16 ºC, which is slightly superior to the temperature the young white wines should be served, and also to aerate it before being served.
