Varieties: ● 100% Xarel·lo blanc VINIFICATION: Xarel·lo from La Granada in Alt Penedès. Vineyard managed with biodynamic agriculture. Ground cover crops. Handpicked harvest. Maceration for 12 days in stainless steel. Fermentation for 8 days with the skins. Resting in stainless steel for three weeks before a gentle bâtonnage. Unfiltered. No added sulfites. Indigenous yeasts. TASTING NOTES: It is an aromatic white wine. Notes of pineapple and apple, accompanied by hints of white pepper.
