Grape Varieties: - 95% Parellada - 5% Muscat VINIFICATION: Parellada vines from the upper Penedès region. 21-year-old vineyard. Hand-harvested. Vegetative cover. Direct pressing. Muscat is added after 5 days of skin fermentation during the third month. Aged in stainless steel for 18 months. No added sulfites. Indigenous yeasts. TASTING NOTES: This is an aromatic white wine with notes of fruits such as pineapple, apple, and hazelnuts.
