VINIFICATION: Xarel·lo vines in Alt Penedès. 34-year-old vineyard. Handpicked harvest. Ground cover crops. Maceration for 6 days in stainless steel. Fermentation for 5 days with the skins. Resting in stainless steel for three weeks before a gentle bâtonnage. Unfiltered. No added sulfites. Indigenous yeasts. TASTING NOTES: It is an aromatic white wine. Notes of pineapple, apple, and hazelnuts.
