A versatile wine with refreshing aromas of white stone fruit, pear and a velvety complex mouthfeel. Pleasant acidity results in a fresh salty note and the appreciated slightly bitter in the aftertaste. It cleans the mouth and adds depth with a long finish. 85% Stainless steel and 15% 6 months in 500L French oak to add even more complexity. Alcohol 13.5%
