Varieties: ● 100% Xarel·lo blanc VINIFICATION: Xarel·lo from La Granada in Alt Penedès. Vineyard managed with biodynamic agriculture. Ground cover crops. Handpicked harvest. Maceration for 12 days in stainless steel. Fermentation for 8 days with the skins. Resting in stainless steel for three weeks before a gentle bâtonnage. Unfiltered. No added sulfites. Indigenous yeasts. TASTING NOTES: It is an aromatic white wine. Notes of pineapple and apple, accompanied by hints of white pepper. LABELING: Each label is unique. This wine is called L'Indecís, but its process has been anything but indecisive. From the beginning, meticulous work has been dedicated to caring for the vineyard. From this effort, large grapes have emerged despite the lack of water. In the vineyard, the grapes have grown with minimal intervention, without using chemicals or additives, respecting the land to the fullest. Upon arriving at the winery, I have endeavored to accompany the wine in the best possible way, with minimal intervention but adequate control. This is a wine without additives or added sulfites. Here you will only find grapes. It has not been filtered and has not undergone any modification in the use of yeasts.
