Fermentation for 5 days with the skins. Rest in stainless steel for three weeks before gentle batonnage. Unfiltered. No added sulfites. Indigenous yeasts. TASTING NOTES: It is an aromatic white wine. Notes of pineapple, apple, and hazelnuts.
