Indecìs _ Natural Orange Wine

Varieties: - 100% Xarel.lo blanc VINIFICATION: Xarel.lo from La Granada in Alt Penedès. Vineyard cultivated using biodynamic agriculture, with vegetative cover. Hand-harvested. 12-day maceration in stainless steel. Eight days of fermentation with the skins. Aging in stainless steel for three weeks before undergoing a gentle batonnage. Unfiltered. No added sulfites. Indigenous yeast. TASTING NOTES: It is an aromatic white wine with notes of pineapple, apple, accompanied by hints of white pepper. LABELING: Each label is unique. An idea beyond the ordinary. Indecision has led to the decision to create 581 different labels. This wine is called 'Indecís,' but not all of its process has been indecisive. From the beginning, meticulous work has been dedicated to caring for the vineyard. Despite the lack of water, this effort has resulted in robust grapes. In the vineyard, the grapes have grown with minimal intervention, without the use of chemicals or additives, respecting the land to the fullest. Upon reaching the cellar, I have sought to accompany the wine in the best possible way, with minimal intervention but with appropriate control. It is a wine without additives or added sulfites. Here, you will only find grapes. It has not been filtered, and there has been no modification in the use of yeasts.
