Verdes Castros Garnacha

Verdes Castros Garnacha 13% DO Valdeorras-The grapes used to make this wine come from goblet-trained vines, from small old vineyards where mechanisation is minimal, and therefore require meticulous manual care. This care, which continues in the winery, is reflected in our Verdes Castros Garnacha. The ripe and healthy bunches, sectioned in the vineyard and the winery, are cold macerated and fermented in tanks at a controlled temperature. After the bleeding and soft pressing, the wine is obtained and, when the malolactic fermentation is finished, it rests in the tank for some months until it is bottled.
