Verdes Castros Godello

Verdes Castros Godello 13,5% DO Valdeorras-Our vineyards located in the riverbanks of the Sil river, under the influence of the microclimate from Valdeorras, offer a grape that in the cellar we only have to care for and spoil in order to achieve that Verdes Castros Godello can convey all of its splendour. The free-run juices from which this wine is elaborated, obtained without applying any pressure on the harvest, preserve the quality of the selected Godello grapes. After the alcoholic fermentation, inside of stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, it is carried out a short aging with the lees, which structures and gives complexity to the resulting wine.
