Our version of the classic American IPA takes its inspiration from the original craft beers of California. A dry, bright beer, with intense hop aromatics and a lingering bitterness on the finish. Fresh American beer but without the air fare. Our first West Coast IPA is one of our favourite beers yet, brewed to be crisp, clean, dry and bitter along with a classic american hop profile. We achieved this by an all-barley malt grist, a clean yeast strain, and a heavy hop load throughout the brewing process. All topped off with a great dry hop combo: Simcoe for its pine and citrus character, backed up by a small proportion of Azacca’s tropical mango profile.
