This is the newest addition to the Mumbo Jumbo range, simply named IPA. We feel that IPAs have changed a lot in the last few years, so it’s important to differentiate between substyles. Our IPA comes in green and fits between our other IPAs: a lighter body than our Hazy IPAs, but less dry and bitter than our West Coasts. A modern take on IPA. Bright and pale, with a light haze, this first batch of IPA has aromatics of freshly zested orange and flavours of tropical citrus fruit, weed and spices. All balanced by a clean bitterness and a full-bodied, yet dry, finish. This release also has a twist: we aren’t telling you which hops it contains. We want you to tell us!
