Pacific North-West IPA, 6.2% A modern IPA brewed with oats and rice for a good body and a pale, cloudy yellow color. Loaded with Citra and Idaho 7 from the northwest United States. It has citrus aromatics of grated grapefruit with resinous notes. Round on the palate, it is very juicy with flavors of papaya, mango and pine. It finishes dry with a slight resinous bitterness. Another very Mumbo Jumbo IPA to drink in pints.
