Dimia Torrontes, Palomino y Treixadura 11% DO Ribeiro-This wine is elaborated from a coupage of Torrontés, Palomino and Treixadura grapes. The best grapes are subject to a cryomaceration process, after being wrung out, to obtain, by means of the bleeding of the mush, the best grape-juice. After the racking, the grape-juice is transferred and it ferments at a low temperature to preven! the loss of its natural aromas.
