Cumio Treixadura y Godello 12% DO Ribeiro-lt is a coupage of two Galician native varieties such as the Treixadura and the Godello. The wrung out is carried out after the selection of the grapes. The resulting grape-juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a contro­lled temperature to prevent the loss of these grape varieties aromatic characteristics. Once finished the fermentation process, the wine is cleared and filtered before the bottling process.
