The 100% Iberico Breed Acorn-fed Iberico Shoulder has the characteristic of having a very juicy meat, a tender texture and a very special flavor between sweet and salty that evokes the smells of the salamantine pastures. Coming from Iberian pigs raised freely in our pastures, fed with totally natural products and cured for 24 months, our shoulder is rich in fatty acids, necessary and beneficial for our health, and one of the essential products of the Mediterranean diet. CONSERVATION AND EXPIRY: Locate it in a cool, dry place that is protected from direct sunlight. The quality durability of our products is approx. 6 months following the conservation advice. In very humid areas it is reduced to 30 days. RECOMMENDATIONS: In order for your palette to retain its characteristics for longer, we recommend that when you receive it at home, remove it from the cotton cover with which we sent it and keep it at a temperature between 16º and 25º. Save the first cut to serve as a cover and prevent it from drying out. SHIPPING: In a cardboard box with the product wrapped in a cloth cover. WEIGHT: Whole pieces weighing between 4 kg and 7 kg.
