Via Stellae

Vía Stellae Mencía 12,5% DO Ribeira Sacra-Red wine made from the squeezing grapes of the variety Mencía. It is fermented at a temperature of 25ºC to respect the extraction of varietal aromas and coloring matter. Before the bottling an amicrobic filtration is carried out with object to eliminate existing microorganisms, getting this way a stable and quality wine.
