Verdes Castros Mencía 13% DO Valdeorras-The soil, a sustainable vine-growing and an oenology that respects the varietal characteristics and helps to stand out all the potential of bthe grape, are translated in this young, fresh and balanced Mencía. The maceration of the grapes, which are selected in the vineyard and inside the winery, allows the extraction of the Mencía variety aromas. After the alcoholic fermentation, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, the soft pressing of the mush produce the new wines, which finally are rounded by means of a short duration stay inside a tank.
