Terramundi 2021 12,5% DO Rías Baixas-After a manual harvest and selection of the bunches, the grapes are transported in boxes to the cellar. There is performed a soft wrung out of the grape to obtain the free-run juice, which is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Afterwards, the wine is conditioned for the bottling process, preserving its organoleptic characteristics.
