Keka's Olives

We have honored the ancestral recipe of our grandmother, la Keka, who passed it from generation to generation, from mother to their child, to prepare what we consider a spectacular seasoning for some spectacular green olives. We owe the recipe to the picturesque village of Olmeda de las Fuentes, and the olives come from the green Andalusian olive groves of Córdoba. Seasoned with garlic, peppers, the freshest herbs picked up from the garden, salt and the secret ingredient of love… an extraordinary appetizer with a unique flavor to home.
