From Miami Vice to California Dreamin
If you are a level 10 alcoholic series, you have surely seen the original Miami Vice series. Do you remember that intro that gives off the American dream and the excesses of the 80's consumer society? Authentic full color between Ocean Drive, the keys, Don Johnson shirts and the beaches invaded by Flamingos. Is it clear where our brand comes from?
Ok, we already knew that our brand would be called Flamingo ... but what about the story behind it? We needed to create a storytelling that will fit with our brand concept. We were clear that Flamingo would identify with the coast and the sun. Would it be the coast of Florida? Nope, the west coast threw us much more: Surf, sunsets, innovation, technology, good vibes ... We fell in love with the idea and everything that California represented. So, we began to search and we arrived at a concept that captivated us: California Dreamin. And voila! We had it! Flamingo would represent the Californian lifestyle and all those non-conformist, fighting, creative, responsible, demanding, innovative people!
