BOILED LENTILS (445 cc, GLASS)

The Castellana lentils which are grown without the use of pesticides nor chemical fertilizers, are select by hand. Cooked with water and salt, they are for example great in salads and other “cold” dishes. Made without any preservatives or artificial colouring. The dark colour, on top of its content is completely normal in this type of product because it has no additives to prevent it. Product available all year round.
