Yuca vodka

Manioc tropical vodka crafted in Panama. We harvest huge 2 years old yellow yuca that grow up to 1 meter long, then is chopped, baked & fermented. 4 times distilled in copper pot still, filtered with charred coconut shells. The yuca is viscous & fresh on the palate with a smooth earthy flavor. Bottled at 40% abv.
