Rubén's whim, TresMatas Vendimia Seleccionada, is produced only in exceptional vintages with grapes from the "El Hostal" vineyard. It is the oldest vineyard in the winery, spread over four hectares, planted in bush-forming, with an average yield of 2,500 kg/ha and calcareous soil. The grapes are harvested manually in 15 kg boxes. The wine is aged in premium French barrels with extra-fine grains for at least 24 months. This is an expressive, structured, and complex signature wine, suitable for all palates.
