This is a reproduction of an antique copper engraving of Langur Monkeys from the 'Histoire Naturelle, générale et particulière', a publication consisting of 36 volumes, written by Georges Louis Leclerc, Count of Buffon. It was partially published between 1749 and 1788 during the author's lifetime, and finished posthumously with the appearance of the last volume in 1804.
